Why I am single:
I am single by choice. I have a tendency to be selective with the type of person I want to be with. My career has taken me to eight cities in a short period of time, so that type of lifestyle has not merited a stable, long-term relationship. I am very happy with where I am in my career now and feel like I have more of an opportunity for a stable relationship.
Qualities I look for in a potential mate:
Someone family-oriented, spiritual and confident with integrity and effective communication skills. Someone who loves to travel and take risks. Someone athletic and driven, an extrovert who is honest and can laugh– at me and at themselves. Someone who works hard and plays hard, because that is my motto.
Where I go to meet people:
Social events, charity events and dinner with friends.
Ideal Date:
Where we could share a new experience, such as trying dinner at a new, romantic restaurant or going to see an independent film. A date where time is made for talking.

Biding Closed
Final Date Bid: $ 700

Gina Chaney is a woman well-established in her career and knows exactly who she is. “I have a drive to do well and to be the best person that I can be,” she says. Always on the go, Chaney enjoys traveling, skiing, independent films and the theater. Being physically fit and staying in good health are important to Chaney, who loves to work out and run 5k and 10k races. Chaney admits to having quite the love affair with chocolate from time to time. She gushed when describing her two specialty desserts: chocolate chip brownies and chocolate molten cake. Often an attendee at charities and fund-raisers throughout the city, Chaney is passionate about helping with organizations that uplift women. “I feel strongly about building self-esteem in young women and organizations that support that, such as GOAL,” she says. Another organization she strongly supports is G-CAPP, which focuses on women uplifting young women and works to prevent young pregnancies. After living and working overseas, as well as traveling to a variety of European countries, Chaney has seen enough of the world to know what she wants: “Someone who can be open to love and is ready to take that risk.”
